JUDICIAL SEPARATION

A judicial Separation is a legal way to separate from the spouse, without filing a divorce case. If because of any personal or social reason the parties do not want divorce, they can proceed for judicia separation, the parties remain married, but their separation is legally recognized. For a judicial separation, the court does not have to be satisfied that the marriage has irretrievably broke down. when living together becomes difficult for a husband and wife, the couple my start legal proceeding, but not all the marriages need to be divorced, it must be noted that the courts in India aim at attempting to keep the holy matrimony intact by trying to mend the cracks in the marriage.
